Derek Ryan is on a run of sell-out shows, kicking off his most successful concert tour to date at the start of the year. Due to the huge success and demand, Derek has just added a new show on his ‘Pure & Simple’ tour in Dungannon’s Hill of The O’Neill on Saturday 29th July. With support from very special guests Philomena Begley and local band The Bellas.
“I am delighted to be joined by Philomena at ‘The Hill’ in her home county, on my Pure & Simple concert tour – it’s been our biggest tour yet with more dates added than ever before. Being one of my favourite venues to perform in, the Hill of The Neill is such a picturesque setting,” said Derek.
Derek and Philomena have a long-standing friendship in the country music scene, with Derek having written two exclusive songs for Philomena to coincide with the release of her autobiography, and celebration of 60 years in the music industry last year, as well as duetting with the Queen of Country on their lockdown song ‘It Won’t Rain Forever’ which raised funds for Age NI and ALONE Ireland.
Derek’s brand new ‘Pure & Simple’ tour concept has received great acclaim for the production and setlist, which features new tracks from his Pure & Simple album released in December. Fans will also be delighted to hear Derek Ryan’s most popular chart-hits including ‘God’s Plan’ and ‘Hold On To Your Hat’ are sure to be performed in Dungannon at the Hill of The O’Neill on Saturday 29th July.
Having already sold-out venues in Belfast, Cookstown, Derry, Omagh and Enniskillen on the ‘Pure & Simple’ tour, tickets are on sale now from the Hill of The O’Neill box office and derekryanmusic.com.
