Derek has just released his brand new single ‘It’s All Country’ – out last Friday 4th July, a symbolic release date which celebrates the song’s American country roots and influences which was written, recorded and produced in Nashville, Tennessee.
The new song release comes ahead of Derek’s highly anticipated EP, of the same name, which was all co-written and produced by acclaimed U.S. country hitmaker Trent Willmon, Grammy Award-winning producer of Cody Johnson’s “’Til You Can’t”— ‘It’s All Country’ delivers the unmistakable spirit of Nashville while staying true to Derek Ryan’s signature Irish country sound.
Speaking about the new song, Derek says, “This song is a celebration of where I come from and where I’m going. It’s country at its core, but still very much me. I’m excited for everyone to finally hear what I’ve been working on for so long when my new Nashville-recorded EP comes out soon.”
The music video of ‘It’s All Country’ has just premiered on Derek’s social media and shows a reflection of his time in the recording studio in Nashville.
